She/her, 2001 (NO). Selma’s practice explores how time, memories, feelings, and concepts attach onto objects. This is done by creating collections that explore what lies between the real and fictive, combining what is found or created in new systems. By evoking the viewers curiosity Selma invites them into a space that feels intimate and private where they can reshape the way they understand what they see.
