Working primarily with moving images she plays with sensation through analogue cameras, testing to what extent the morphological flux of breathing and living matter changes shape. The human body is a site, among other diffuse sites, that inspires a sensuous rethinking of bodies and movement. Larsen Stiansen’s installations merge machines and the visceral; form and matter begin to dissolve in the play with presence and haptics.
