How do musicians compose, improvise, reflect and collaborate when they develop a concert?

We will spend two days playing, experimenting, reflecting, and discussing what this concert will eventually become. We invite you, the audience, to join our gathering, become part of the conversation, and listen for the resonances that guide us. Free entrance.

Bergen Fremtidsmusikk (Tijs Ham, Stephan Meidell, Kjetil Møster) share sounds and practices with Késia Decoté, Alwynne Pritchard and Inga Margrete Aas. Come join us at Bergen Kjøtt!

Gathered Resonances is a residency in STUDIO at UiB’s Faculty for Art, Music, and Design. STUDIO explores studio practices, workspaces, and work processes in fine art, music, and design, curated by Hild Borchgrevink and Merete Røstad.

Bergen Fremtidsmusikk is a new organization initiating and engaging in Artistic Research to promote forward-thinking approaches toward musicking. We operate on the borders of academia and the fields of independent music and art, promoting meaningful exchanges where both can grow towards an exciting musical future.
