Bio

Martha Engström Boij (b. 1997, SE) is a Bergen based artist working with graphics, sculpture and textiles. With stitches, cuts and lines, she creates her own unique visual world where fantasy, realism, humour and absurdity meet. Through her work, she explores and problematises the roles attributed to women, as well as the norms and expectations placed on them.
