By carrying out this project, the main motivation is to be able to make a change in how we use housing today. There is also a wish that we can build smaller apartments with larger common areas. The effect of this can be that people gather across age, culture and lifestyle. By promoting a better housing offer, over smaller square meters, the residents will be able to share amenities, reducing the need for individual kitchenware, tools, and exercise equipment. Emphasis is placed on optimizing room layouts for movement, designing inviting common spaces, and understanding how room shapes influence human behavior.
