PROJECT TITLE

Cherish Trash Studio.

‘Cherish Trash Studio.’ delves into our consumption habits and the role of objects that are often overlooked in our consumption-driven lifestyle. The project aims to encourage reflection on the moments and decisions of consumption and disposal that occur in our daily lives, primarily through the use of stop-motion animation. In order to avoid new consumption during the production process, 90% of the materials used are reused or old items. Haruna hopes to ask about our responsibility towards objects and the environment, by visual storytelling to think about adding new value to things that should have been trash.
