Sonic Game Space shows works by artists who's output spans a spectrum of forms that finds its origin in Computergames, including videos, performance & live music, sculpture & installation, often extending beyond the computer screen.
Sonic Game Space investigates the concepts of active audience participation to gain new perspectives that form key influences on the development of audiovisual art and technology.
Aiming to show the language of videogames as a cultural basis for artistic output, as a powerful tool for creation and learning, a transmitter of cultural expressions on a par with other art disciplines.
Sonic Game Space invites its audience to become active participants by using experimental game platforms as mediums to explore works that place the user at the center of the experience.
